A deposit is required to hold a spot on the selected course. Deposits must be made by Visa or MC credit card.
All credit cards will be charged US dollars, at the exchange rate posted on the day of your deposit.
Course Tuition is $425 US Dollars. Effective 1st January, 2008
Minimum required deposit of $200 US Dollars.
Deposits are not accepted on course that are being held within the next sixty (60) days, balances must be paid in full.
All deposits are non-refundable. All balances due must be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to the course date. Anyone that does not have the balance due paid in full sixty days prior to the course will lose their deposit, and their place on the course will be filled.

Credit card details for the tuition balance is required at the time of course registration. No registration will be accepted without this information on file.

Upon submitting this registration form, you will need to email the balance of all credit card information required, the last four digits and the expiration date to Robyn La Pierre, AAEP, GM. Your registration will not be confirmed until the balance of the required information has been received. All courses book on a first come, first serve basis,with a maximum of eighteen students in each course.

I understand that I must e-mail the balance of my credit card information for my registration to be confirmed.
I understand that all balances due for the course selected must be paid sixty days (60) prior to course date or my deposit will be lost.
I understand that all deposits are non-refundable
I understand that I forfeit all monies paid towards a course if I cancel within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled course date.
I understand that I may transfer to another course date, up to thirty (30) days prior to the course date I am registered for. Administration fees will apply.
A $75 US Dollars administration fee will apply for those wishing to transfer to another course at a later date.
Transferring to another course can only be done thirty (30) or more days prior to the registered course date.
I understand that transfer to another course is not allowed within thirty (30) days of the course date that I have registered for.
I understand that the cost of this course does not include, tools, text books, videos, travel expenses or accommodations.
I understand that if I can not attend the scheduled course, I may find a substitute student to take the course in my place,
I understand that it is my responsibility to fill my spot and not that of the Institute or the host of the course.
